Congrats to Chelsea Market Cookbook–2014 IACP Winner!

The International Association of Culinary Professionals has announced the 2014 Food Writing Award Winners & we are proud to congratulate Michael Phillips and Rick Rodgers for their excellent Chelsea Market Cookbook, winner of the ‘Compilations’ category.
Published to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Chelsea Market, this cookbook contains more than 100 recipes from the eclectic vendors located in New York’s Premier Indoor Food Hall.┬áProfits from the sale of the cookbook are being donated to two charities–Wellness in the Schools and Charity: Water.
